4. SENSITIVITY TO PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION SECURITY

• Principles of honesty, accountability, openness, and transparency are essential in relationships with customers.
• Ensures the security of personal data belonging to employees and third-party stakeholders within the framework of the Privacy Policy.
• Establishes the necessary infrastructure and systems to ensure data security in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
• Through the Ethical Violation Mechanism, it defines how ethical violations are evaluated, the consequences they entail, and regulates documentation, approval systems, and oversight by the Ethics Committee, applying sanctions when necessary.
• Ensures that illumination statements, cookie policies, and confidentiality commitments are explicitly included in all contracts.
• The company remains committed to confidentiality and data protection principles in all its activities with customers, suppliers, and employees .

5. ETHICAL AND PRINCIPLED APPROACH IN SUPPLIER RELATIONS

• Selects and monitors suppliers, subcontractors, and business partners in alignment with 4A Elektrik’s ethical values.
• Fully complies with the United Nations Global Compact in conducting its operations and expects the same compliance from its business partners.
• Guarantees compliance with ethical values, legislation, and legal requirements in supplier selection through control mechanisms.
• Considers ethical compliance a global corporate responsibility for 4A Elektrik.
